    We have been using the cheap stamped out stainless and hate them, so I bought some really nice super sharp steak knives, they failed our expectations

    They were sharp but just didn't cut like they should. Then I found these Sheffield steak knives that looked like regular silverware; they are not very sharp so you won't cut yourself, but have a super serrated edge!

    These things will cut just about anything, you just have to remember to draw the knife not push down.
