Most flatware sold in the United States today is manufactured overseas. Liberty Tabletop is proud to be different. Our flatware is made by Sherrill Manufacturing in Sherrill, New York, the last remaining stainless steel flatware manufacturer in the United States.
Every piece of Liberty Tabletop flatware is crafted from premium 18/10 stainless steel sourced from American steel mills. We use high-quality materials selected for durability, lasting luster, and everyday performance.
We also take our finishing and washing processes seriously. Trichloroethylene, commonly known as TCE, has been identified by the EPA as presenting serious health risks, and in December 2024 the EPA issued a final rule regulating TCE under TSCA.
TCE has never been used by Sherrill Manufacturing, where Liberty Tabletop flatware is made. Instead, our flatware is washed with soap and water, without harsh carcinogenic cleaning chemicals.
