Return Policy

Flatware:

Our goal is to provide our customers with peace of mind when purchasing our products on the Internet. Therefore, if you are dissatisfied with the product for any reason, except as stated below, you can return it to Liberty Tabletop within 30 days of purchase for a full refund no questions asked. The product must be returned unused and in the original packaging. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and original shipping charge is non-refundable. This generous return policy is not designed for customers to order multiple individual place setting samples for review and then return the unselected patterns.  To keep cost down for all customers, we would ask you to be respectful of this and not use the return policy for this purpose. If such returns are requested, Liberty Tabletop reserves the right to deny such returns.

The Liberty Tabletop return policy is also not designed to allow large purchasers to use and return merchandise. Large orders, in excess of $500.00, or multiple orders for the same customer exceeding this amount, where merchandise is returned after use, are subject to review and denial at the sole discretion of Liberty Tabletop.

Econo-Line Flatware – While some chafe and other surface imperfections are acceptable at the 3-star level, most will become unnoticeable after a wash and a few days of normal use. Please note that minor imperfections are not considered manufacturing defects. Econo-Line flatware is not returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Chests

Prior Return Authorization is Needed. Call/Email Customer Service. Returns will be allowed for full credit if returned within 30 days, have a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, unacceptable craftsmanship or blemishes.  Items returned without authorization or without sufficient reason and damages will be charged a 15% Restocking Charge provided merchandise is returned in saleable condition.

Cookware

Unused cookware can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus a 5% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Cookware must be returned in the same packaging in which it was delivered. Please ensure safe packing as we cannot offer refunds on cookware that is damaged from shipping. Customers must speak with a customer service representative before they can return any cookware. Unsolicited shipments will be refused and returned to sender.

Dinnerware

You may return your dinnerware for any reason, within 30 days of receiving it. Liberty Tabletop will give you a full refund on the dinnerware (returned in original condition) minus original shipping costs to your location. You are responsible for any return shipping and packaging costs. If you wish to return an item, please contact us for return instructions. Glassware

Glassware can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Glassware must be unused and returned in the same packaging in which it was delivered. Please ensure safe packing as we cannot offer refunds on glassware that is damaged from shipping.
