    Cleans up very easy. Nice heavy weight. It is not flimsy like those cheap bargain pans. A very beautiful American made stainless steel pan. I just wish now that I had slowly collected cookware of this quality rather than all the cheap pans that need replaced and look horrible and warp after a few years of use. I don't think this pan will ever warp over generations of use.

    Very impressed with this pan. On the expensive side for me, but the quality is amazing and it was important for me to support American-made. Waited for a sale and bought one for a gift too!

    I use this jelly roll pan two and three times a week. I can't believe I thought iIwould never use it, but it is perfect for two people for oven baked veggies, french fries etc. I am here tonight to buy another! Love the way these pans clean up.
