I absolutely love the set, both aesthetically and practically. Beautiful flatware, which is not too heavy (easy to eat by the TV, rather than the table, doesn’t fall off your plate) but neither flimsy. The knives are beautiful with a hollow but wide handle (not too heavy, but comfy to hold). I still had my old flatware set, and I put them side by side… no comparison how much more sturdy this set is. And love that this supports American workers, products, company… thank you!

The set is a great way to add to an existing collection or start building your flatware collection. We have been using the Modern America flatware for two years now and have had no issues. The quality is exceptional. We purchased this 20 piece/4 place set to add to our existing 8 places Modern America collection, and I’ve added other pieces like the MA steak knives and soup spoons. Aesthetically, the design is beautiful: simple and elegant. They are a pleasure to use every day; the pieces feel solid and acquire a nice patina over time. They look fabulous with linen napkins for a special dinner. It’s important to me that these are made in the USA. I feel that these pieces are heirloom quality and will be passed on to the next generation of our family to use and enjoy.

This sleek and modern flatware looks great and is a big improvement over our old set. So solid, with a shiny well polished surface. Nice weight for our older shaky hands. After a couple of months of heavy use and dishwasher runs, it looks like brand new. Be sure to wash well before use as it has some residue of the polishing compound. We used a toothbrush to clean the fine serrated edge of the knives . We are enjoying the smooth, shiny and very solid pieces. Made here in the USA is such a plus. Also ordered some soup spoons afterwards which are the perfect shape. Very happy with our purchase.
