I love the pattern of the weave design and the fact that it is made in the USA. The forks and spoons have a good weight and feel to them, but although the knife has good balance it is not a solid piece like the other pieces. The knife is made of 2 pieces and the handle is hollow. Overall I love the set and I would recommend them to everyone.

I picked the 65 piece Weave pattern and added extra serving pieces and steak knives. The weave pattern has an elegant Tommy Bahama look that is perfect with all of my dishware. They are shiny though in the pictures they appear to have a dark tint between the weaves which must be lighting created shadows. I like the weight of each piece…they feel substantial. The salad fork and place spoon are slightly smaller than those in my last set (Gorham). I was a bit concerned about hollow dinner knives but they are balanced and don’t feel light. I love the steak knives and all of the serving pieces. We are excited to own this beautiful American made flatware. Thanks Liberty Tabletop! P.S. Please offer true soup spoons!

As with other reviewers, I am satisfied with the weight, feel and appearance of the individual pieces. I would rate this set as far above the current “normal” for SS flatware, either residential or commercial. They are a throw-back to the days when American manufacturing produced regularly produced high quality products. I would have given the Weave pattern a perfect score but for one item, the round sugar/soup spoon. It is fine for a sugar bowl, but frankly not large enough for a good soup spoon.
I’m fairly sure this was a joint production & marketing decision to justify the cost of tooling up to make the sugar spoon, but from a functional user’s standpoint, I decided to stay with the standard tablespoon; diving into a Hatteras Island chowder with a sugar spoon is like trying to bail out a boat with a tea cup…
That said, I also purchased the complimentary sets of utility pieces and added 3 additional serving spoons [2 solid, 1 pierced] for family gatherings where several side dishes are present. While the total cost is higher than most imported flatware, the durability makes the long-term cost versus replacements every few years a superior value. [and yes, a serving spoon will make short work of a very generous serving of HI chowder!]

We are very satisfied & happy with our purchase of the Weave pattern flatware. We were searching for good quality stainless steel flatware & found Liberty Table Top manufacture on the internet. We initially purchased the Weave set from another vendor that advertises the Liberty Table Top products for sale. Unfortunately, that vendor sent us the discontinued one-sided Weave NOT the current 2 sided Weave. We did not expect to pay “the going rate” for discontinued merchandise! The vendor did refund our purchase price when we contacted them & pointed out that no where did they provide the information that they were selling the discontinued Weave product. I contacted Liberty Table Top about our experience with the other vendor and Kim, at Liberty Table Top customer service, was very helpful and a pleasure to work with to place our order for the 65 PC Set. The quality of the flatware is very good, style is interesting & flatware washes well in the dishwasher. Only thing we would change is the length of the teaspoon-a bit short for an adult to actually use for eating. We are happy to buy a quality product made in the USA! Liberty Table Top is not a bargain brand price point, but we were willing to pay the higher price for true 18/10 stainless steel and glad to help keep American workers employed. We did purchase a sample set of 3 patterns prior to our selection of the weave pattern. Highly recommend ordering samples to compare & make your selection. Liberty Table Top was prompt & reliable in their shipment of our silverware to us. Highly recommend purchasing from this company!

The pattern is great! I ordered samples of 6 different designs and while several of them were very nice, the Weave was my favorite. It’s decorative, but not gaudy or “old-lady” looking.
It has a nice feel in the hand and is not too heavy or too light. The spoons are a little smaller than what I’m used to, but it’s not a bad thing. It just means I’ll automatically use less sugar in my morning tea!
I spent a long time trying to find flatware made somewhere, ANYWHERE, other than China. I found several companies in other countries, but I really didn’t like any of the patterns they had. Liberty, the only one in the USA, had a few that appealed to me. I’m very happy with my new flatware.
If I had any complaint, it would be that my husband ordered two of the 20-pc sets guaranteed delivery by Dec 24th for my Christmas present but only one arrived. It wasn’t backordered, it was just a mistake in shipping, so my husband had to email them to get the second set sent. So my second set came after Christmas instead of before. Since I already knew about this gift, it wasn’t a problem that I got the second set late.

My wife and I both love the Weave pattern flatware. It’s sturdy, nicely weighted and attractive. We’ve always wanted a really nice set and now we have it. It was a toss-up between the Weave and the Champlin patterns. Both are simple, yet elegant. I highly recommend Liberty Tabletop flatware by Sherrill Mfg. It’s a great product and it’s so nice to have an American-made product in the house!

We have been enjoying the “Weave” pattern for some months. It has a pleasant contemporary appearance that makes it suitable for both daily use and special occasions. The relatively broad handles make the pieces pleasant to hold, and the polishing techniques used by the company give the pieces a smooth “mouth feel” comparable to silver.
We were a bit concerned when we saw that the pieces came packaged in a small box as opposed to the drawer display style used in department stores, but it turned out that each piece was contained in its own sleeve, and the whole order was absolutely flawless – not a single nick or mar to be found.
