This thing is solid. Weighs two pounds. Nice medium size. Outer dimensions are 10″ x 14″ as stated. Inside dimensions are 8.5″ x 12″. Well worth its $109 price. Other jelly roll pans are downright cheap and flimsy by comparison.

This is an absolutely solid American made stainless steel pan. The craftsmanship and beauty of this pan was so exceptional, I was almost afraid to use it. I eventually did, and it was everything I would have expected. I’ve run it through the dishwasher a few times since, and the pan looks as good as the day it arrived at my door. This is the best pan I’ve ever purchased.

a Scotch Brite pad which works well on stainless steel pots and pans.

This is a top quality pan. I did not measure my old cookie sheets before ordering it, and was surprised by how small it is. But that’s on me. (I know it’s not sold as a cookie sheet, but I prefer using a pan with edges on it to bake cookies & brownies.) This pan will be a multi-purpose pan though. It is worth the price, as the obvious quality of this pan makes it obvious that it’s the last one I’ll ever have to buy. To make up for it’s smaller size, I’ll be ordering another one in the near future. Now that I have a smaller size, I’ve been converted to more pans, smaller size……they are so much easier to clean in the sink and fit into the dishwasher so much easier. Very happy with the purchase. And SO GREAT to be buying things “MADE IN THE USA” !!

Cleans up very easy. Nice heavy weight. It is not flimsy like those cheap bargain pans. A very beautiful American made stainless steel pan. I just wish now that I had slowly collected cookware of this quality rather than all the cheap pans that need replaced and look horrible and warp after a few years of use. I don’t think this pan will ever warp over generations of use.
