There was a tiny problem with some of the tines on the Pearl dinner forks. The forks were replaced immediately. Customer service is great. I highly recommend Liberty. So nice to buy American.

I just received my order of the Pearl pattern flatware. I am delighted with my purchase, it has exceeded my expectations. It came so carefully packaged. The accessary pieces were in separate gift boxes wrapped in tissue paper, All others pieces were in individual plastic sleeves. The pictures on line don’t do justice to the pattern. It is beautiful and the stainless steel is high quality. I emailed customer service last night with a question about being dishwasher safe and received a friendly response this morning. BTW..it is! I ordered from Liberty because it’s the only flatware made in USA. I try to support US made goods whenever possible.

I love my flatware. The Pearl model is exactly to my taste and the quality and feel are perfect to me. I returned to purchase additional place settings as our family grew and we began losing spoons to our grandchildren (who threw them away). We saved many of them from the trash, but not all. I needed a butterknife and a teaspoon, just one of each, and I decided I’d had enough of the Amazon/China junk offerings, so I looked specifically for something made in the States. I cannot tell you how far superior this silverware is; you can see and feel it. It has held up to washings both by hand and in the dishwasher, the weight and quality of the silverware is the best I’ve ever experienced, and it was totally worth the extra cost over junk that feels cheap, looks bad and doesn’t last. I realized the other day that I accidentally threw away the butterknife when I was cleaning up a large mess of takeout containers and it’s the first time I’ve ever felt regret related to silverware. I’ll be buying another and plan to slowly acquire a full collection that I’ll hold onto forever.

Was looking to replace some old teaspoons in a old set of flatware, which the company is no longer in business. I came across Liberty Tabletop, couldn’t decide on a set. I joined the sample program, ordered three samples, which arrived in short order two days. Didn’t take but a few minutes to decide. Ordered the super set with the chest and some additional items, again arrived in short order three days. Absolutely some of the finest craftsmanship, workmanship, artistry that I haven’t seen in a while, gorgeous. Fast service and delivery, quality and care in every piece, informative instructions for before use. This set is our everyday ware, cooking, mixing, hard service, however you could set a table with the same ware and what a dining table you would have. My hats off to you Liberty. I have used this pattern for many years. I own almost all the pieces. I use it for everyday.
It is gorgeous and I continue to buy pieces to replace the single silverware pieces that “disappear” accidently from time to time.
This pattern is classic and I will never tire of it. I use the dishwasher to wash my silverware and they still look like new after 15+ years.
