The flatware has a good weight compared to the sometimes flimsy, economy sets found in discount stores and online. Econo-Line is polished to a three-star finish, also making it superior to most other lower cost sets. While some chafe and other surface imperfections are acceptable at the 3-star level, most will become unnoticeable after a wash and a few days of normal use. Please note that minor imperfections are not considered manufacturing defects. Made from 18/10 stainless steel, the highest grade of stainless used in flatware making, this product will shine for a lifetime. After years – decades – of dwindling table spoon sized spoons (I think they must sneak off in the night!), I bought 6 from you and quietly placed them in the flatware drawer. Surprise! My husband really likes them! So now I’m ordering the dinner forks and maybe the smaller teaspoons. BUT: I also need smaller-sized forks (so-called “salad” or “dessert” forks. Do you have them in this econo-line? Thank you.
