I purchased the Chesapeake after first looking at Susanna. I’m glad I found it. The Chesapeake is heaver and more substantial. While the sizing is on the smaller size I like it a lot, and so does my family. I also appreciate the hollow handle knives. The hollow handle allows for a larger handle (so you’re not gripping a chop stick) without extra weight. I’m glad to be buying American, but that is just icing on the cake. This is quality flatware.
