We bought 2 sets of these for a total of 8 knives. Shipped quickly with rest of flatware. We like the hollow handle design as it feels nice in hand, and they work great so far, used them for our New Years dinner. We compared them to the regular dinner knife included with the Liberty Industrial Rim set and these cut meat better. We would recommend them based on our experience so far and hopefully they hold up over time.
There are 2 things we wish Liberty would offer/change about their steak knives. First, we wish Liberty would offer sets of 8 steak knives with a wooden holder box as only options were 6 or 12 if you wanted a set with box. I feel 8 is a typical size set that many people want.
We also wish they that the steak knives were available in more designs. It seems a bit odd that not all the regular designs have corresponding steak knives. We ordered these to go along with our Liberty Industrial Rim silverware set. If you have the Industrial Rim, these are the closest match as same texture and we feel they look fine together on table, but we do wish we would have had the option to order Industrial Rim hollow handle steak knives.
