This is great stuff, beautifully finished, simple rustic pattern and comfortable design/shape, size and balance. I prefer a solid one-piece construction knife and am glad that this is available from Liberty. We purchased the 8 place set and an 8 place set of the Calavera pattern which is identical in size/shape. I’d rate this tableware a great bargain for the price and expect that these will end up with the kids someday.

Looked for a hammered set to “blend” with partial-set flatware left by previous owner of our NC lake house. these are so much nicer; weight & shape very good, hammered on both sides, and single piece (vs ungluing of knife from handle).

I do not know much about silverware but since I am getting older and single I realized it was time to get rid of my old Mikasa and buy something new , I bought a set that was on sale at costco $ 59.00 bought it home and when I washed them some of them had rust on them and then I noticed the were made in Viet Nam, and I returned them the next day. I googled the internet to see if anyone made silverware in the good OLd USA, and I found out Liberty is USA Made, I ordered a set called Providence, for $129.00 when they arrived I liked the pattern but was nervous how light the were I called Customer Service and she said I could order them Heavier but was advised these should be fine and won’t bend, Well a month later I am super Happy with my selection and totally I am enjoying this silverware ,Good Company Great products.Dan In Florida

I haven’t had these long so I cannot really say much in terms of durability but the design and weight of this flatware is pretty awesome. I am a younger person who is trying to slowly upgrade some of my things since graduating grad school and I finally decided to upgrade flatware. Going from big box flatware to this is a pretty drastic change for the better! They seem to come out of the dishwasher without water spots even. The larger forks do seem a little overly large but I have gotten used to them quickly. Order was shipped and received quickly. I’ll likely be ordering a smaller set so I have a few extra. So happy to support a USA based company!

We were visiting family in Pittsburgh so we went to check out a sample that was in a store there because we weren’t sure about flatware made by a brand we hadn’t used before. We are so happy with our purchase! They look excellent still after daily use for more than a year. I’ve had this flatware set for a few weeks now, and am very pleased with this purchase. I actually ordered two sample sets, reviewing 6 different patterns before making my decision. Surprisingly, this pattern wasn’t originally my favorite. After three or four weeks of using the various samples, the size, weight, balance, and overall feel of the Providence pattern really stood out.
This flatware washes up very nicely, no spotting or problems from the dishwasher. The textured pattern actually feels nice and adds a lovely visual interest to my table, providing a lovely contrast to the clean lines and simple pattern of my plates.
The order shipped quickly, and I was happy to be able to pick up some soup spoons in the same pattern. As I am in my mid-50’s, I fully anticipate this will be the last flatware set I will need to purchase. And of course, the fact that this fabulous product is made here in the U.S. is what brought me to Liberty to begin with. Very happy with the company and the product, highly recommend.

I love it, it is so beautiful, and not made in China. I am Canadian, so it is so lovely to finally find something so essential, as knives and forks, made on our continent. Thank you Liberty! The weight and quality is very refined, I am extremely happy with my purchase, and it arrived very quickly. All I am missing is a gravy ladle. Liberty, please make a gravy ladle in my pattern, so I can complete it. I have had to keep my old one, and I would love for you to come up with a design for a gravy ladle and a cranberry jelly serving spoon, like a smaller version of a gravy ladle. I have now run a few pieces through the dishwasher and they come out beautifully. Super happy. It looks so nice in my new bamboo storage tray that it took me two weeks to actually use them, as I just liked to look at them in the tray. When my kids finally move out, they are both going to get cutlery from Liberty as my hurray present!

I registered for Liberties flatware (Providence) over a year ago for our wedding. Our wedding was in June 2020 and it has been over a year since we’ve had the set. To say we love them would be an understatement. They are absolutely the best set you could ever have in your kitchen! Reasonably priced, American made, named and LOVED! They are heavy, well crafted, and never rust. I grew up with my moms set from Lenox and always hoped I too would have a set that would last for 25 years. I am extremely glad to say that this set will more than likely out last me LOL. My mom and dad are even thinking about getting a set from Liberty. They have said several times that they think my set is even thicker than their Lenox set originally was, which is just absolutely amazing. I have no idea how I stumbled upon this company, but I am so beyond glad I did.
