I spent a lot of time in stores searching for a new set of stainless, but could not find a pattern that I liked for a reasonable price. This pattern meets my needs for a good everyday set that also works well for my formal dinner parties. At first I was disappointed in the knife not having enough weight to it (I really wanted heavy utensils), but have had no complaints at all in use. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase and excited that I am able to support American manufacturing.

I bought the Champlin set as a gift. The detail of work on each piece is amazing. The silverware has a nice weight to it without feeling “tinny” or too heavy. Very happy with the purchase and proud to support US manufacturing.
This also comes from a “green” facility and is processed without the use of harmful chemicals. Don’t but your silverware from anyone but Liberty!

My mom purchased (at my recommendation) my Champlin flatware. I love it! The reason I chose from the Heritage collection instead of the Lux collection is Heritage fits better in my hands. We bought this pattern to replace the silverware we got from our wedding registry. That set barely lasted five years before it started falling apart. It’s been so long ago that I can’t remember exactly when I purchased this service set… years ago. It came with all the serving pieces, but I needed and purchased additional ones. This timeless set looks just as beautiful and elegant today as it did when new. Initially, one of the serving pieces was slightly defective — noticeable, yet functional. Customer service immediately sent out a replacement that was perfect. Every piece is perfectly balanced, weighty, and of the highest quality, unlike other so-called high-end brands made abroad. This outstanding company stands behind a superior product — well-worth the price — and it takes tremendous pride in their workmanship. If only all companies would strive for such high standards.
